"Of course the a/c not only goes out on the weekend but on a holiday weekend. I selected MEP Air,Inc by his reviews and contacted Manuel not expecting a call back until after labor day. But that was not the case, he called me back within an hour and after a detailed explanation of the problem, he made the time to come out the next day, Unbelievalble, right? Then the problem was diagnosed and I needed a part to make it work. The answer, he went out to buy it then and there and was going to return the same day. WHAT!! I asked for the cost of everything and it was very reasonable. Manuel treated me with respect as he was explaining what needed to be done and there was no up selling, only exactly what I needed and he fixed it the same day. If nothing else, take from this review, he is someone you can trust to respond quickly, fair assessment of cost and time and honest. What a combination."
